Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation and Design Finality

Due to the unique, tailor-made nature of our  service and the immediate allocation of resources and design intellectual property, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced based on the following milestone:

Irrevocable Finality Upon Design Confirmation:

Once the final suit design, including all tailor-made details and measurements, has been formally confirmed and approved (Design Confirmation Milestone), the sale becomes irrevocable and non-refundable. Crucially, upon reaching this Design Confirmation Milestone, all cancellations are strictly prohibited. This measure is necessary to protect the proprietary nature and intellectual property rights associated with the finalized design and cutting process, and to ensure the dedicated manufacturing slot remains secure.
